Ways to Begin
This isn't work you have to do alone. Healing happens in being met, in being witnessed, in being held while you remember how to listen to yourself again. That's what I'm here for, and there's more than one door in. The right one is simply the one that meets you where you are.
Maybe you want to begin in community. The Healing Room is a free, live group breathwork session for releasing anxiety, fear, and stress in the company of others doing the same brave thing. You breathe. You rest. You let something soften.
Maybe you want something more private. A 1:1 Session is a quiet hour built entirely around what your body is holding, where I follow your breath, listen somatically, and tend to your field with all of my attention on you.
Maybe pain has been your companion for a long time, and nothing has stayed. Chronic Pain Support is a private series of five sessions to help you stop fighting your body and start hearing it, so that being in your own skin feels less like a battle and more like coming home.
