
If you are living with pain, you do not have to fight your way through it
The work draws on breathwork, meditation, somatic listening, and biofield therapy to settle the nervous system, soften the field, and create the conditions where the body can begin to let down its guard.
Each session is paced to what your body needs that day. Some weeks ask for rest, some for movement. The rhythm is shaped to meet you, not to push you. Sessions are online.
Biofield therapy is part of every session.
I sense the field around your body, work with my hands on or near it when it serves, and teach you to feel your own. Alongside breath, meditation, and somatic listening, this creates the conditions where the body can settle and Spirit can speak.


A companion to your care, not a replacement
This work is not a replacement for your medical care. It is a companion to it. You stay in choice throughout. You do not need prior breathwork or biofield experience, only a willingness to listen to what your body has been carrying.

What the research is showing
Across more than thirty clinical trials, researchers have found strong evidence that hands-on biofield therapy lowers pain, including in people living with chronic pain. A 2015 review in Global Advances in Health and Medicine concluded the relief is real, often large enough to feel in a body, and unlikely to be placebo alone. An independent Cochrane review agreed that these therapies eased pain beyond sham and no-treatment care. In a separate randomized trial, adults with chronic low back pain found energy work as effective as physical therapy, with the same gains in daily movement.
