Who I am
Power to Heal with Tina Brown is my energy medicine practice. When this page says "I" or "me," it means me, Tina Brown, and my practice. If you have a question about your information, write to me at tina@powertohealwithtinabrown.com.
What I collect
Information you give me:
Your name, email, phone number, and where you live or your time zone
What you share when you book a call or session, fill out an application or client agreement, or write to me
Health information you choose to share, such as pain you are living with, a diagnosis, medications you take, or a surgery date
Payment details, which go straight to Stripe or PayPal. I never see or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically:
Basic details about your device and browser, and the pages you visit on this site
Whether you open or click my emails
Cookies, which help the site work and show me how it is used
How I use it
To schedule and hold your calls, sessions, and programs
To reply to you and send what you asked for
To send my emails and texts, if you signed up for them
To take payments, including payment plans
To understand how the site is used, so I can make it better
To meet my legal, tax, and insurance obligations
Your health information
Anything you tell me about your body or your health is used for one thing: preparing for and holding your sessions. I keep it confidential. I never sell it, never use it for advertising, and share it with someone else only with your written permission, or when the law requires it. It is kept in the secure tools listed below, and access is limited to me.
Who I share it with
I do not sell your information. I share it only with the services that help me run my practice, and only what they need to do their job:
systeme.io, for my website, forms, booking, email, and checkout
Stripe and PayPal, to take payments securely
Zoom, to hold sessions online
Google, for my email, calendar, and file storage
Other trusted tools I use to run my practice, such as email and scheduling services
I may also share information if the law requires it.
Session recordings
I record group sessions and live course sessions so participants can watch the replay. I say so when a recording starts, and you are always welcome to keep your camera off and change the name you show. Replays are shared only with the people in that session or program. I do not record private sessions without asking you first. Please do not record any session yourself.
Emails and texts
You can unsubscribe from my emails at any time with the link at the bottom of every email. If you agree to receive text messages, you can reply STOP at any time to stop them. Agreeing to texts is never required to buy anything.
I do not send marketing texts to Texas residents, or to phone numbers with a Texas area code or Texas billing address. If you live in Texas, I will reach you by email instead.
Cookies
This site uses cookies that it needs to work, and cookies that help me see how visitors use it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as well without them.
How long I keep it
I keep your information for as long as I need it to work with you, and for as long as the law, taxes, or my insurance require. After that, I delete it.
Your choices
You can ask me to show you the information I have about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Write to me at tina@powertohealwithtinabrown.com and I will reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have other privacy rights too, and I will honor them.
How I protect it
I use trusted services that protect your information with encryption and secure logins, and I limit who can see it. No system is perfectly secure, but I take care with what you trust me with.
Under 18
My work and this site are for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from, or market to, anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If I change this policy, I will post the new version here with a new effective date. If the change is important, I will tell you by email.
