People come to me with chronic pain, illness, anxiety, and the stress that goes with it. This is what I work on every day, and this month I do it for everyone who shows up in this room.

The science backs this up. In a placebo-controlled trial of 164 adults with chronic knee pain, energy medicine cut pain by an average of 32 percent. That matches ibuprofen and opioids, without the side effects, and the relief held for weeks after the sessions ended. In another trial, healing done with a spiritual connection worked better than the exact same technique done without one. Patients moved better, hurt less, and stayed better for months.
