The Breathing Room

A free, live, online group breath session for releasing what is no longer needed, moving energy, and reconnecting to Source and Spirit. One hour to breathe together and come home to what is alive in you.

About Breathwork

Healing is abundant. Healing responds to joy. Health rises in the presence of joy. Through breath, music, and guided facilitation, you are invited to release what is no longer needed, move the energy that has been sitting still, and reconnect to Source and to Spirit.

More room, more energy, more connection.

An hour in the Healing Room is a guided journey through the breath, held in the presence of others moving the same way. You leave with the shift settled in your body and a practice to carry it forward.

For anyone ready to feel more like themselves again.

This space is for anyone ready for healing, ready to set something down, and ready to reconnect. If you are carrying stress, heaviness, or change, the breath has room for it. Spiritually open is welcome here. No particular belief is required, only a willingness to breathe and to listen to what your body has been holding.

There is nothing to perform here.

Sharing is never required. No experience is needed. You can pause, rest, or move at your own pace. Camera on, camera off, both are welcome. There is no place to go and no place to be. Just the breath, and the room, and you.

What the research is showing

The science is catching up to what the body already knows. A 2023 Stanford study found that five minutes of daily breathwork improved mood and lowered anxiety more than mindfulness meditation, with slow, extended exhales calming the body the most. Broader reviews show that slow breathing strengthens vagal tone and moves the nervous system out of fight or flight and into rest. Researchers have their language for what happens. I have a simpler one: coming home. Read more about the Science of the Exhale.

Improved mood
A steadier nervous system
Lower anxiety

Your body is wise.

Come ready to breathe. Come ready to shift. Come ready to heal.
