You have probably tried to think your way through it. The tight chest. The bracing. The low hum of anxiety that follows you from room to room. And somewhere along the way, you started to believe your body was the problem to be solved.
The body is not broken. It is speaking.
A 1:1 session is where I help you slow down enough to listen. Not to fix you, not to perform healing, but to meet whatever is asking for your attention with breath, with presence, and with Spirit as a partner in the room.
What happens in our hour together
Every session is shaped around you and what you bring through the door that day. Three threads move through the work, woven together rather than checked off a list.
Breath
A guided, body-based breath practice that helps your nervous system soften out of bracing and into safety, so the held thing has room to move.
Somatic listening
Together I help you turn toward sensation instead of away from it, following the signal in the body with curiosity rather than fear. Pain becomes a messenger, not an enemy.
Biofield work
I work with the subtle field around the body, the energy that holds tension and memory, inviting it to settle. Trained hands, and Spirit leading the way.
What it feels like
Spacious. Unhurried. Yours.
There is nothing to get right here. You do not have to arrive composed or know the words for what you are carrying. You can come tired. You can come undone. Healing is not a performance to perfect, it is a path you walk one breath at a time, and you do not walk it alone.
Most people leave a session lighter than they came in. Softer in the shoulders. A little more at home in themselves.
This is for you if...
...you are carrying anxiety, stress, or grief that talking has not reached. You sense there is something deeper than another coping strategy. You are spiritually open, hungry for the sacred, and ready to be met in your body rather than managed in your head.
Coming home to yourself is the destination. This hour is a step on the way.
